Trewtax Fees

Tax return completion work is undertaken on the basis of £175 per tax return.

Where tax returns necessitate rental account completion, add an additional :

£175 for one let property

£250 for two let properties

£300 for three let properties.

£360 for four let properties.

£400 for five let properties.

Please request a quote where more than five property rental accounts apply.

Non Residence Pages

Where Non Residence pages require completion add £50 as a Statutory Residence Test review has to be undertaken.  This is to ensure the return is completed on the correct basis. 

Tax Advisory Work

Tax advisory work commences from £200 per hour, with work quoted once full background information has been provided.  As an example, this covers advice relating to the implications of leaving or moving to the UK and more.

Other Information

No VAT is currently chargeable in respect of Trewtax Services fees.

Charges are reviewed annually.

Trewtax Services work is fully insured.
