Trewtax Fees

Tax return completion work is undertaken on the basis of £150 per tax return.

Where tax returns necessitate rental account completion, add an additional :

£175 for one let property

£225 for two let properties

£250 for three let properties.

Please request a quote where more than four property rental accounts apply.

Non Residence Pages

Where Non Residence pages require completion add £25 as a Statutory Residence Test review has to be undertaken.  This is to ensure the return is completed on the correct basis. 

Tax Advisory Work

Tax advisory work commences from £100 per hour.  As an example, this covers advice relating to the implications of leaving or moving to the UK and more.

Other Information

No VAT is currently chargeable in respect of Trewtax Services fees.

Charges are reviewed annually.

Trewtax Services work is fully insured.
